In Jhansi, UNICEF is actively conducting various programs focusing on issues related to women and child development. Marking the 35th anniversary of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, UNICEF has been partnering with prominent national stakeholders for the past 75 years to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
As part of this commitment, a meeting with key stakeholders will be held on October 21st at 10 AM at the Navin Commissioner Auditorium. The goal of this gathering is to foster collective responsibility towards child protection. Representatives from multiple departments, including healthcare, basic education, district panchayati raj, child development, probation services, the National Rural Livelihood Mission, labor, water services, youth welfare, and information, will attend the meeting.
The discussions will revolve around the ongoing schemes currently run by various departments and will shed light on future strategies and initiatives to enhance child protection.
